Before you commit to anything, before you choose a class time, before you even know if this is right for you — the Prospect Program gives you the chance to find out.

This is our dedicated introductory Mixed Martial Arts program designed specifically for brand new students. Whether you are a parent enrolling your child, an adult who has never set foot on a mat, or someone who trained years ago and is ready to get back — the Prospect Program is where everyone starts.

In this program you will be introduced to the foundational principles of Mixed Martial Arts — striking basics, movement, positional awareness, and defensive fundamentals — in a structured, beginner-friendly environment. You will not be thrown into advanced classes before you are ready. You will be given a real foundation to build on.

Parent & Me

The best thing you can do for your toddler is get on the mat with them.

Between ages two and four, your child's brain is developing at a rate it will never match again. The way they learn to listen, to move their body, to follow direction, to try something new without quitting — all of it is being wired right now.

Parent & Me is different. You are on the mat with your child the entire time. You are part of the lesson. You become part of their confidence.

Under the guidance of Coach Jazmine — who brings over 22 years of experience working with young children — this program introduces your toddler to the foundational movement and mindset principles of Mixed Martial Arts in a safe, nurturing, and energetic environment.

Little Ninjas

This is where confidence gets built from the ground up.

Little Ninjas is our Mixed Martial Arts program specifically designed for children ages four through seven. Every drill, every exercise, every game inside this class has a purpose behind it. We are building attention spans. We are building self-regulation. We are building the ability to try something hard, not get it right immediately, and try again anyway.

No experience required. No fitness prerequisite. At Sodiq Yusuff MMA, adults train one complete Mixed Martial Arts system. Not a kickboxing class on Monday, a BJJ class on Wednesday, and a wrestling class on Friday with three different instructors. One unified program. One clear curriculum. Striking, grappling, takedowns, clinch work, ground defense, and self-defense principles — all taught together.

This program is for everyone:
